Is it normal not to have any cramps during your period?
Verified by Dr. Jennifer Lincoln, MD, IBCLC
Our Answer
What our doctors say
Yes! Society has made us believe periods are a curse and everyone suffers. Cramps have been made to seem common but it’s also normal - and enjoyable! - to not have cramps on your period. No two period experiences are the same and you should definitely not be worried if you don't have cramps!
