Sometimes you may experience bloating just before your period. This is because of water building up in your body from the hormone called progesterone dropping. Tips:

  1. be kind to your body, bloating is natural, and it will pass but no matter what, your body is doing its thing so let it be as is.
  2. Drink more water or eat foods that have high contents of water (i.e., celery, watermelon, cucumbers) - this will remind your body to go pee and release any built-up water!
