How do you make a tampon more comfortable?
The first step is to figure out if you prefer using a tampon with an applicator or without. We'd recommend August tampons which have a BPA-free plastic, long, smooth, rounded tip applicator made for easier insertion.
Then, explore your body and how the tampon goes in.
- Using a clean finger, you can slide the tampon further up your vagina (vaginal canal).
- Once inserted, you shouldn't be able to feel it. Some body movement (like walking) will help it settle into place too!
