I rate these 4 stars not five, only because there are some pads that have stickier linings, HOWEVER these pads are equally as absorbent as any other brand, and I'd rather pay more for the quality of the cotton and have something natural touching such an intimate part of my body. I also purchased the donation box and love August's mission of period education and normalcy <3
Not only are these nontoxic, the applicator doesn’t pinch, and the actually collect the flow! I feel very secure when I’m using August tampons. They’re the best!
Super easy and comfortable! The applicator is a bit tough though, I had to use two hands and really push it up
They are the perfect length for me and they make sure that I dont leak at night when I shift around! Amazing

These are incredibly comfortable and absorbent. I don’t need to think about my period when I use them! I’ll always repurchase and recommend to friends.
This pad was so good for my flow normally I always leak out of other night pads but this never happens with these pads. So comfortable also I normally get terrible cramps and nausea but ever since I switched brands my period symptoms are actually so much better.
Not my first cup, but I was looking for one that was bigger but would still be comfortable and made from softer silicon. The August period cup is perfect!! It was so easy to put in and the color and pouch is so cute! Super comfortable, can't feel a thing! I love it. My mom also bought me 2! So I'm set for life.
First time with tampons thought it was gonna be hard but its so easy, i love that its 100% cotton. Love that i brought it on September 28 and it came october 1. Good brand
Like with the regular pads, my only criticism is that the adhesive on the wings doesn’t stick well to fabric, so it can bunch up at the edges. It’s a 5-star product even with that issue because these are still the most comfortable and absorbent organic cotton pads I’ve ever used that cover this much fabric.

The liners, while comfortable and absorbent when they work, are quite small and the adhesive does not really stick to the fabric of my undies (modal, tencel). This results in staining in the areas just out of reach of the liner, and due to the shape it can’t be moved much to accommodate that. It also bunches up uncomfortably after any normal movement, and sometimes ends up sticking to my skin, which is not ideal. This is an issue I’ve found across all organic cotton period brands, so it’s not unique to August.

I love the new applicators, they’re so much easier to grip during heavy days. These are the easiest super tampons to use.
August tampons are my new go-to! They are very comfortable and easy to insert. As a major bonus - they are hypoallergenic and made with 100% organic cotton! I also love the mission behind August and think it’s extremely important to make information surrounding periods much more accessible!
I have been using August products for almost 2-3 years now, not having to leave my house and go buy products and pay taxes makes my life significantly easier. Also the softness and fact that it does NOT tear apart and leave behind any residual inside makes me feel cleaner and safer. The pads for nighttime use are SO SO SO soft and make you feel much more comfortable at night and less like you’re wearing a crunchy plastic diaper. these products are everything and more i could ever need.
